By utilizing this simple inexpensive patented process, the picture framer can multipliy the strength of the frame structure by many times.
A Few Of The Applications
- You want to make a large frame with a narrow moulding or one of the new plastic mouldings
- To prevent a slightly undercut glass from shifting
- To bind a double frame together
- To bond a double frame together
| 1) Remove the strip from the pad,stick down in rabbet. It must not extend over the rabbet. Repeat on all sides. Remove protective paper. | 2) Insert two strips of corregated over rabbet, these will prevent glass from sticking until it is properly positioned in the frame. | 3) Insert the glass as shown making sure that the edge of the glass fits snugly into the rabbet. |
4) Lower glass into the frame. Remove the corrugated strips. Press glass firmly against the strips. |
